Since the singer gained fame on Popstars: The Rivals and later became a judge on The X Factor, she has typically sported her signature dark brunette hair.

However, she has now embraced a bubblegum pink style, revealing the major change during a performance with her girl group after their 2024 tour.

Standing alongside Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh, and Nicola Roberts, Cheryl’s new pink tresses cascaded down to her waist.

The hair transformation wasn’t the only striking element of the 41-year-old’s appearance, as she also donned a dazzling gold bodysuit complete with 80s-inspired shoulder pads for the spectacular show.

Cheryl wasn’t the only member of Girls Aloud to debut a new hair colour; Kimberley, 42, chose a bold shade of purple, according to ‘Metro’.

Nadine, 39, remained true to her usual honey-toned blonde, while Nicola, 41, kept her signature auburn shade.

A few weeks before Brighton Pride, Girls Aloud expressed their excitement about performing at the event, writing in an Instagram post: “We are so excited to bring something new to Brighton Pride this August with our spectacular, UK festival exclusive show.

“We can’t wait to see you there. Love Cheryl, Kimberley, Nadine and Nicola xxxx.”

The group had recently embarked on the biggest UK arena tour of the year, performing in honour of their late friend and band member Sarah Harding, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 39 after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Their tour, featuring their greatest hits, concluded in June, followed by a one-off special performance at Shepherd’s Bush Empire in July before Brighton Pride the following month.
