DIVA announces Power List 2026, honoring LGBTQ+ innovators across sectors

The DIVA Power List 2026 has been revealed, commending 101 LGBTQ+ women and non-binary individuals for their significant contributions and increased visibility across diverse professional fields. This annual compilation celebrates those making substantial achievements in areas such as sport, music, workplaces, and legal advocacy.

The list features a range of individuals leading their respective domains. Noteworthy campaigners include Caroline Paige, co-founder of Fighting With Pride and a pioneering trans military officer, and Jess O’Thomson, an expert in trans human rights law at Good Law Project. Liz Carr receives recognition for her advocacy in disability rights, while Laura-Rose Thorogood established LGBT Mummies to support inclusive family creation.

In community leadership, the list highlights Anne Onwusiri, founder of Black Girls Ruck, driving inclusion in rugby, and Laïla El-Metoui, equity educator and founder of Pride in Education. Emily Witham organized The London Dyke Market, creating essential community spaces, and Polly Shute established the Out & Wild Festival for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary individuals.

Diversity champions include Dame Julia Hoggett, CEO of the London Stock Exchange, acknowledged for advancing diversity in finance, and Moud Goba, National Director of Micro Rainbow, aiding LGBTQ+ asylum seekers. Rachel Reese, CEO of Global Butterflies, is honored for her work establishing trans and non-binary inclusive environments globally.

Individuals like Tolu Osinubi at Deloitte UK are celebrated for their advocacy in diversity and intersectionality within corporate settings.

Munroe Bergdorf is recognized for her work as a model, author, and activist, challenging norms for trans and queer individuals.

Sports figures include former professional footballers Alex Scott and Jill Scott, alongside rugby player Hannah Botterman, all contributing to LGBTQ+ representation and equality in athletics.
