E.ON awarded Silver Pride Champion Seal for commitment to LGBT+ Inclusion

E.ON has commenced the year with a significant accolade, securing a 64.71% score in the UHLALA Pride Index and earning the Silver Pride Champion Seal. This recognition reflects the company's dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

The assessment evaluates various aspects, including HR processes, organizational structure, communication strategies, and legal frameworks. Marc Spieker, Chief Operating Officer and sponsor of the LGBT+ & Friends Network, emphasized that this achievement underscores E.ON's ongoing efforts to create an environment where every individual feels supported and empowered to thrive.
