Elsevier Won Four Major Comparably Awards

We are pleased to announce that Elsevier won four major Comparably Awards in the second quarter of 2023.

Elsevier was ranked #2 out of 100 large companies as an organization with the Best CEO for Women in 2023 by the global workplace culture and compensation monitoring site, as well as having our CEO in the top 10 of Best CEOs for Diversity. We also ranked high for the Best Leadership Team, and Best Company for Career Growth.

The list highlights the highest-rated workplace cultures of large companies with an international footprint. Ratings are derived from current employees around the world who provided anonymous feedback on Comparably.

Twenty categories were measured, from leadership, work-life balance, and compensation to professional development opportunities, perks, and benefits.

We often talk about our company culture as "The Elsevier Experience". This is purposeful work, colleagues who care, and opportunities to grow every day. Given that these four Comparably awards are voted on by our people who live The Elsevier Experience, we're proud to say #WEAREELSEVIER and to have received the honour. We are grateful to be recognized for our efforts.
