Euronext celebrates IDAHOBLIT with myGwork

To celebrate IDAHOBLIT and further educate colleagues on intersectionality and microaggressions, Euronext partnered with myGwork to host a powerful internal event. myGwork ambassador Laïla El-Métoui led an engaging session that explored the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people with multiple marginalised identities, and offered practical strategies for building more inclusive, respectful workplaces.

Simon Gallagher CFA, Euronext’s CEO, opened the session with a discussion on how meaningful change must also come from the top. His leadership set the tone for a conversation that encouraged colleagues to reflect, learn, and take action as allies across the organization.
