From November 13-15th, London Business School (LBS) will host EUROUT 2025, Europe’s leading LGBTQ+ business conference, organised by LBS’s Out in Business Club.
EUROUT isn’t just a conference, it’s a flagship event that brings together graduate students, alumni, professionals, and business-school communities from across Europe and beyond. It is dedicated to fostering inclusion, visibility, and empowerment for LGBTQ+ people in the business world.
The 2025 theme, “Redefine the Room”, invites attendees to reimagine who holds space, who leads, and how power and presence are defined in professional settings. The theme honours the legacy of LGBTQ+ trailblazers and challenges future leaders to push boundaries and reshape norms.
LBS strives to be a thought leader in diversity and inclusion, recognising the value it brings to organisations and society as a whole. Their purpose is to have a profound impact on the way the world does business and the way business impacts the world.
Each year, EUROUT attracts over 500 delegates from more than 30 schools. Across three days, attendees can enjoy a vibrant mix of programming, including headline interviews, panels such as “The Big DEI Redesign” and “Tackling the Manosphere,” and interactive workshops on topics ranging from LGBTQ+ entrepreneurship to AI and inclusion. They will also have the opportunity to connect with recruiters from leading companies at the career fair. The conference will culminate in the signature EUROUT Ball.
EUROUT has grown significantly over the years, evolving from a student-run conference to a major platform for LGBTQ+ leadership in business. It not only provides a space for learning and networking but also strengthens a community of LGBTQ+ leaders and allies. By amplifying stories, experiences, and ideas, EUROUT helps challenge institutional norms and pushes for a more inclusive business world.
