Founder Of The ‘Brexit Party’ Attacks The Party For Selecting Trans People As Candidates

October 10, 2019

Catherine Blaiklock founded the ‘Brexit Party’ in November 2018, alongside Nigel Farage, and she is upset about LGBT+ candidates.

Although several of the party’s MEP’s hold anti-LGBT+ views, it also has LGBT+ candidates.

Pink News report that she complained that “left-wing Marxists seem to now be running the show.

“Brexit party candidates are chosen for their identity – one white, one black, one brown, one Muslim, one Jewish, one transgender, one gay, one lesbian etc.

“Diversity is the big word. This started with the MEP elections where someone brown would be put ahead of a stale, male and pale RAF wing commander with experience. It has continued with force.

“The general public does not know that this is happening. The Brexit Party now has at its core, people who are to the left of the Conservative Party.”

Blaiklock has previously complained about brands embracing Pride, writing on Twitter: “It’s not that people are anti-gay but they are fed up with it being shoved down their throats all day long. People don’t go to Sainsbury’s to be fed gay political propaganda.

“They go to a supermarket to buy milk and toilet rolls.

“It’s being pushed down everyone’s throats. Gay Sainsbury’s, gay Red Arrows, gay coffee adverts.”
