Caitlyn Jenner, Stephen Fry and Lena Waithe are leading a line-up of big celebrity names backing a new online campaign in support of LGBT+ young people who are struggling with daily life during Covid-19.
As a result of lockdown and social distancing measures, many young people are having to endure unaccepting or hostile situations because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
#InThisTogether will see the release of a series of videos made by celebrities offering messages of support to isolated LGBT+ young people facing challenging circumstances.

The initiative by the British LGBT Awards and supported by It Gets Better UK, will launch tomorrow (Tuesday 19 May 2020), and will share a list of charity resources that can be accessed by young LGBT+ people. The campaign will also ask members of the public to film and share their own messages of support.
The #InThisTogether campaign will be released on Tuesday 19 May via the British LGBT Awards social media channels, Twitter (twitter.com/britlgbtawards) and Instagram (instagram.com/britishlgbtawards), and also via the British LGBT Awards website (britishlgbtawards.com). The preview video will go live at 8am GMT, with Stephen Fry’s full video following at 1pm GMT.
