The sixth edition of WorkPride is just around the corner, taking place from June 16th to 20th during Pride Month. Hosted by myGwork, this five-day virtual global conference brings together thousands of attendees from across the world to share insights and strategies for creating inclusive workplaces that respect and celebrate all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.

Following the success of last year's conference, WorkPride 2025 promises to be an invaluable opportunity for LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates, allies, and employers to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and promote workplace inclusion. With over 200 experts delivering 40+ panels and workshops, participants can look forward to a wide range of sessions designed to inspire and educate. Day One

9. (7.00 PM BST) Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace This panel highlights the value of neurodiversity and discusses inclusive practices for supporting employees with neurological differences, such as autism or ADHD.

Day Two

This panel addresses the issue of underrepresentation of racial minority groups in leadership roles and explores strategies for promoting diverse leadership within organizations.

6. (4.00 PM BST) Women at Work: Techniques for Breaking Barriers  

This panel explores strategies for women to overcome workplace barriers and advance in their careers. Gain insights from leaders on fostering confidence, building networks, and driving meaningful change in professional environments. 

7. (5.00 PM BST) Authentic Representation in Media and Entertainment

This panel focuses on authentic representation in media and entertainment. It examines the importance of diverse storytelling, challenges faced by underrepresented groups, and strategies for promoting inclusive content creation.

8. (6.00 PM BST) Non-Binary Inclusion: Gender Diversity at Work

This panel addresses the experiences and challenges faced by non-binary individuals in the workplace and explores strategies for creating work environments that are inclusive of all gender diversity. 

9. (7.00 PM BST) Addressing Microbehaviors at Work (Workshop) 

As we move into 2025, it’s essential to meet people where they are, encouraging growth and awareness while reinforcing that inclusion benefits all. This session will provide practical strategies to recognize and address microbehaviors, fostering a more supportive and respectful environment for all.

Day Three

This panel focuses on acknowledging and supporting the inclusion of ethnic minorities and indigenous people in the workplace, discussing cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and promoting opportunities for ethnic minority and indigenous professionals.

This panel explores the use of data and metrics to track progress in diversity and inclusion initiatives. It highlights the value of data-driven decision-making and examines best practices for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing diversity metrics to drive positive change.
