Greater Anglia Industrial Placement Programme

Part of our vision to bring more diverse talent into the business Greater Anglia run a a 12-month placement opportunity called The Industrial Placement programme it’s key to our continuous commitment to offering 2nd-year university students across various departments as part of their degree. We collaborate with Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Essex to place students on the programme. Programmes like this are key to our Diversity and Inclusion strategy in bringing young diverse talent into the business.

Last week Greater Anglia organised an event for students who were part of the Industrial Placement programme to say farewell and shine a light on their year with the business. It is an excellent achievement for young people who were successful at the recruitment stages and demonstrated their commitment throughout the year.
