Highlights from EBRD's neurodiversity panel

October 17, 2024

EBRD held an insightful panel discussion on what neurodiversity means in a workplace context, and how to harness its power to help build stronger teams and deliver more creatively and effectively.

With unique views from panellists on their personal experiences of neurodiversity, there was a particular focus on understanding what being neurodiverse actually means and breaking down misconceptions about neurodiversity. The discussion also focused on how we can create an inclusive culture at work and what more we can do to support our neurodiverse colleagues.

Our panellists:

· Moderator: Nodira Mansurova – Head of our Tunis Resident Office

· Valeria Della Rosa – Founder & CEO of Oli help, and EBRD Alumna

· Pawel Wojtyczka -  CEO of asperIT

· Jeremy Lyons – A neurodiversity specialist, assistant psychologist and EDI facilitator

"Really grateful for the panel’s contribution to the interesting discussion. Lots of colleagues from the Bank reached out to say a big thank you for the very interesting conversation." – Nodira Mansurova

"It was great to see neurodiversity being spotlighted at EBRD." – Jeremy Lyons

"Thank you for this panel and the discussion. I’m happy that I could be the part of it and even more important for our foundation is that you take activities about neurodiversity in EBRD. I wish you all best and I hope that you will have more and more neurodiverse employees and that you’ll be glad not because there are neurodiverse but because they are really good and unique specialists in their field." – Pawel Wojtyczka

"It’s always such a pleasure to come back and to know the Bank continues to set the example when it comes to diversity." – Valeria della Rosa
