How my time in finance strengthened my connection to the LGBTQ+ community: Frank from Fisher Investments

Frank joined Fisher Investments straight out of college with an aviation degree and a nagging worry that finance would mean conforming to a certain look and personality. Six years, four roles and three offices later, he says he has never once felt the need to hide who he is.

In this interview with Attitude, in partnership with myGwork, Frank talks about leading Fisher's Pride employee resource group since it launched, what the group actually does for colleagues across the firm's global offices, and why allyship from colleagues outside the LGBTQ+ community has shaped his career as much as anything else.
