How to Get the Best out of WorkFair

We can’t wait to welcome you at #WorkFair on 24th March, the global virtual career fair to meet and interview with inclusive employers.

Before the event starts:

• Register to WorkFair
• We encourage you to create your profile on myGwork at www.mygwork.com
• Browse the Career Fair and familiarise yourself with the floor plan. Check out each inclusive organisation, there are so many to choose from.
• Apply to as many organizations as possible. Get your CV or a link to your myGwork profile ready to apply, we recommend that you send as many applications as possible to make the most of the opportunities available to you.
• Sign up for webinars at the Webinar booth where you can gain career tips and learn about what it is like to work for one of our inclusive organisations. Spaces are limited so register now.

On the 24th March:

• Remember to send your CV to recruiters if you have not done so already. Best of luck with your applications!!
• The event will be running from 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm GMT, take your time in speaking with each organisation, you are welcome to log in and out of the event at your leisure.
• Chat live and interview with recruiters or an LGBTQ+ representative to find out more about their current job opportunities or to learn about what it is like to work for their organisation.
• Attend as many webinars as possible, this is your opportunity to learn more about each company and ask your questions directly to the recruiters. By joining the webinar, recruiters will see your engagement and dedication to their organisation.
• Come visit us at our myGwork booth if you would like more information or if you have any questions that we can help you with.

After the event:

• You may be contacted by recruiters for potential interviews via the XOR platform or using their own preferred platform.
