Free Resource: Support trans people on Trans Day of Visibility

In honor of Trans Day of Visibility (31st of March), we’re calling for trans people and allies to the trans community to participate in our social media campaign, aimed at elevating and supporting the trans community in the workplace.

According to our study published last year, transgender men (46.7%) were the least likely to be open to ‘everyone or most’ people at work about their sexual orientation, followed by transgender women (56.8%). Although more participants were comfortable being open in the wokrplace than with their family, this shows how critical the workplace is as a safe space for trans professionals - and that more work needs to be made by employers to ensure everyone can be themselves at work.
