Rob Rinder, better known as Judge Rinder, has been offered the chance to return to ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ with a same-sex couple.
“I was offered next year’s Christmas special with a same-sex dancer,” he said, according to ‘Metro’. “I’d do anything. I’ve danced on stage with Anton Du Beke for a Grenfell Tower benefit.”
‘Strictly Come Dancing’ have continually said they are “completely open” to a same-sex couple going forward. They stated that “Strictly Come Dancing is an inclusive show and we are proud to have featured same-sex dancing among the professional dancers in group numbers in the previous series,” a spokesperson told Metro.co.uk. “We are completely open to the prospect of including same-sex pairings between our celebrities and professional dancers in the future, should the opportunity arise.”
