Julia Fox discusses her sexuality after seemingly coming out as a lesbian

Julia Fox openly discussed her sexuality after a seeming declaration of being a lesbian. She appeared to come out in July while responding to a viral TikTok, where someone mentioned how they enjoy seeing “a lesbian with their boyfriend.” Julia responded by saying, “Hey, that was me. I was that lesbian. So sorry, boys. Won't happen again.”

In a new interview with the Sunday Times, she elaborated on her sexuality and expressed openness to dating women. “I'd definitely be up for a relationship with a woman,” Julia stated. She added, “You cannot equate that to a relationship with a man,” and highlighted some perceived differences.

“With a woman, you're with your bestie, whereas men ultimately prioritize other men over you,” she explained. “Men love other men and masculine activities, such as watching homoerotic things like wrestling and football. In this toxic culture, I don’t think there’s room for them to love me.”

According to ‘Yahoo! Lifestyle’, Julia also discussed losing interest in sexual relationships with men because they often feel “one-sided.” She shared with the Times that the last time she had sex was when her son Valentino, now almost four, was one year old.

“I always tell women, just don’t even waste your time [on men],” she advised in the Times while discussing her celibacy journey. “Focus on yourself, your career, your dreams, your friends. Those will give back. But with men, it’s a bottomless pit — you pour and pour into them and they take and take until you’re a shell of a human. There are good men out there, but unfortunately, they’re not enough to offset the damage of the majority.”

“I’m a great example of someone who let men go and then glowed up,” she reflected. “It’s been an amazing, fascinating evolution.”
