Leadership meets visibility!

To mark Pride season, Deutsche Bank recently held a reception celebrating advocacy in action.

We heard from senior LGBTQ+ leaders from across London’s financial sector as they shared stories from their own journeys of resilience, impact and inclusion. A huge thank you to Dame Julia Hoggett, Karim Chedid, Karen Miles, Sabih H. and Krishna Omkarfor being part of this, as well as to our other speakers including Management Board member Rebecca Short.

Events like this are a powerful reminder of why visibility and representation at the top matter - not just during Pride season, but all year round.
