Lesbian Visibility Week Survey: Chance to Win £100 for Your Thoughts
March 28, 2023myGwork, the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, is offering the opportunity to win £100 (or local equivalent) in Amazon vouchers for taking part in a survey to better understand the needs, obstacles, and thoughts of LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people.
The aim of this survey is to find out how LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people navigate the world, as well as their experiences. We'll be collecting data to paint a better picture of the needs of our community, and we would be grateful if you would be interested in discussing your experiences with us further.
All data collected will adhere to GDPR legislation and will not be used to identify participants. All information will only be accessible by the myGwork team conducting this research. It will be disposed of in the appropriate manner. To be eligible for the free prize draw, participants must simply complete the survey. The deadline for the survey is Friday 14th of April 2023, and we will publish the names of the winners on myGwork on Wednesday, 19th April 2023.
One lucky winner selected from the draw will receive £100 (or equivalent) in Amazon vouchers for taking part in the survey.
Competition Rules
1. Eligibility
Users are only eligible for this competition if they meet the criteria specified above. myGwork employees are not eligible to enter this competition.
2. Prize Draw
The winner will be drawn at random from the eligible entries on the 19th April 2023. Winners will be contacted to claim their prize. A user may not win more than once.
3. Entries
Entries are valid only once. Any fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will lead to the disqualification of that user’s entries.
4. Prizes
The winner will receive one (1) Amazon voucher worth £100 GBP (or nearest local equivalent).
5. Claiming Your Prize
If you have won, myGwork will contact you to notify you of your prize. You will be considered to have won if you claim your prize within one week of receiving notice that you have been selected. myGwork is not liable for failure to receive notification of winning under any circumstances. In the event that a prize isn’t claimed or a winner is disqualified, myGwork will draw at random another winner from the eligible entries.
6. Agreement to Rules
By entering this competition you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by myGwork, who retain sole rights to withdraw, refuse, or disqualify entries at discretion. All decisions are final and binding.
7. Odds
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of total eligible entries by the 14th April 2023.
8. Rights
myGwork reserve the right to republish and share the name of winners selected from the draw as well as their entries.
9. Terms and Conditions
myGwork reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond myGwork's control. myGwork reserves the right to disqualify anyone in violation of the terms.
10. Disputes
Any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved between the two parties in accordance with the terms laid out in these rules.
12. Privacy Agreement
All entry data will be processed in accordance with GDPR rules.
13. Acceptance and Agreement to Rules
By entering this competition, or attempting to enter, the entrant is considered to have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all rules stated herein and is bound by them.
