London & Country Mortgages Winter Party 2026: Celebrating People, Partnership, and Community

London & Country Mortgages (L&C) held its first Winter Party of 2026 in Bath, bringing colleagues, partners, and sponsors together for an evening that celebrated achievement, collaboration, and the people who make the organisation what it is.

Hosted by entertainer Ben Hanlin, the event brought together great entertainment and meaningful recognition. Employee awards highlighted the talent, dedication, and diverse contributions across the business, reinforcing L&C’s commitment to recognising individuals and teams from all backgrounds and roles. Lenders and providers were also acknowledged for the partnerships that help L&C deliver a broad and inclusive range of products to customers.

CEO Mark Harrington delivered an inspiring address, reflecting on the organisation’s progress in 2025 and outlining priorities for the year ahead, with a strong focus on continued growth, collaboration, and supporting colleagues to thrive.

The event also demonstrated L&C’s commitment to social responsibility, raising significant funds for RUHX, the official NHS charity for the Royal United Hospitals Bath, thanks to the generosity of attendees and the efforts of the organising team.

With Bath successfully concluded, attention now turns to the next Winter Party in Newcastle this Friday 13th of February, continuing a series of events designed to celebrate people, strengthen connections, and recognise the shared achievements of the L&C community.
