lululemon’s Centre for Social Impact is breaking down barriers to wellbeing

At lululemon, we believe everyone has the right to be well. Through lululemon’s Centre for Social Impact, we’re working to break down barriers to wellbeing. Our Impact Fellowship Program is one offering that enables our employees to get involved firsthand.

First launched in 2023, this program is as an opportunity for our employees of different levels to fully step out of their roles for three months to lend their skills to nonprofit partners driving meaningful change.

“At its core, the Impact Fellowship Program is a way for people to live into our core value of connection—build trusting relationships by valuing and celebrating each human’s uniqueness,” shares Nishga H., Senior Manager, Impact Engagement at lululemon. “The organizations identify a project, and they receive a skilled and committed individual who will support them in getting work done that may otherwise not occur due to time, money, or relevant skill set."

This year’s Impact Fellows will support 13 incredible global and grassroots organizations partnered with the Centre, which is also providing additional funding and support across the projects each of our employees are dedicated to.
