Mackenzie Davis Set to Star Alongside Kristen Stewart in Lesbian Rom Com

Mackenzie Davis is set to star in the new Kristen Stewart lesbian romantic comedy ‘Happiest Season’ alongside Kristen Stewart, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Written by Argo actress Clea DuVall with Mary Holland, the film follows a young woman who proposes to her girlfriend only to learn she has yet to come out to her conservative parents.

Davis has appeared in Black Mirror, Blade Runner 2049, and the Oscar-nominated film The Martian.

Stewart has had on-screen lesbian romances before, recently starring as Chloe Sevigny’s lover in Lizzie, the biopic of the 1890 axe murderer Lizzie Borden.

Stewart is currently dating Stella Maxwell after coming out as “like, so gay” during an episode of SNL last year.
