Meet Adam From Inmarsat

Adam joined Inmarsat and our Finance Business, working in the Procurement Team in late 2016 and currently sits on the board of Pride, our LGBTQ+ network.

The video is introduced by Jo Franco-Wheeler, our Director of Organisational Development and Diversity who talks about Inmarsat’s commitment to continue to develop our policies and practices to shape the kind of workplace we want to be.

Adam believes Inmarsat have enabled him to be his true authentic self in the workplace and because of that in 2020 he and his partner Steven embarked on adoption and welcomed two little boys to their family. In this short video Adam shares his touching journey to fatherhood and how Inmarsat have supported him.
