We celebrated ‘Transgender Day of Visibility’ in recognition of the achievements of Transgender people around the world. At Novartis, transgender employees are able to thrive in an inclusive environment with zero tolerance for discrimination, supported by a global network of LGBTQI+ Employee Resource Groups.
