Okay, so it was the summer of 1997 which I 'came out' - I was 21 years old. It was a great time to be alive- I'd graduated from University with a 2:1 degree, New Labour had just got into power after years of Tory Rule, Brit-pop music was at an all-time high and I was about to start full-time work!
