myGwork, the largest global LGBTQ+ business platform, proudly celebrated its 10th anniversary during its annual WorkPride conference.
The fifth annual WorkPride conference, organized by myGwork, was another resounding success. This year's WorkPride featured over 60 panels and workshops in English and Spanish, with more than 250 speakers sharing best practices and tools to create safe and inclusive workplaces for all. Topics covered included neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ parenting, eradicating the rainbow ceiling and wage gaps, non-binary representation, creating inclusive workplaces for diverse professionals, and much more. The conference concluded with a celebration at Tower Hill in London on the evening of June 21st, accompanied by a second celebration in Madrid on July 4th, 2024.
