myGwork Founders Named in 2020 Global Diversity List

November 12, 2020

Published annually, the Global Diversity List is a recognition of those who work in the field of Diversity & Inclusion and have stood head and shoulders above the crowd to promote inclusive, welcoming workplaces. Available online and published in the Guardian, individuals have the opportunity to nominate titans of D&I in recognition of their contributions to D&I, and researchers work tirelessly to sort through nominations and celebrate the "gold standard" of professionals who embody equality, inclusion, and diversity.

We are delighted to announce that Adrien & Pierre Gaubert, Co-founders of myGwork, have topped the list this year in the Professionals in Industry category. Launched in 2013, myGwork is the LGBT+ business community that seeks to address the issues of LGBT+ discrimination in the workplace, with an aim to promote diversity. Since then, the company has gone onwards and upwards, working with over 200 organisations to promote thousands of LGBT+ inclusive roles and boosting its community to provide mentoring, connections, and insights into the professional world for aspiring LGBT professionals. Only earlier this year, the Gauberts led the company to host its first digital conference, WorkPride, where over 150 speakers reached 20,000 attendees to discuss and explore topics important to LGBT+ professionals.

We here at myGwork are immensely proud of the amazing work that Adrien and Pierre have been doing to promote workplace inclusion, and we will work to continue to deliver for our community and the LGBT+ professionals that need us. We also wish a strong congratulations to our many partners who made the Global Diversity List 2020 across the various categories, and wish them well in their work in the coming year.
