myGwork scoops Specialist Recruitment Agency of the Year at the British Recruitment Awards 2025

With more than 340 entries received from organisations across the UK, competition at this year’s British Recruitment Awards was fierce. The judging panel revealed the 2025 winners last night, with myGwork taking home one of the evening’s top honors – Specialist Recruitment Agency of the Year.

Powered by the employee insight platform, New Possible, the British Recruitment Awards celebrate the individuals and teams redefining what great recruitment looks like – from how talent is sourced and supported to how inclusion is embedded at every stage of the process.

This year’s finalists represented the full spectrum of UK industry – from start-up pioneers and public sector heroes to tech innovators and global giants. What united them all was a shared commitment to transforming recruitment into a force for positive organizational change.

The ceremony, hosted by comedian Lucy Porter, took place at London’s Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, where hundreds of the country’s leading talent professionals gathered to celebrate innovation, inclusion, and impact in recruitment.
