This recognition, now in its second year, highlights the pivotal role LGBTQ+ innovators play in shaping a diverse FinTech landscape. The Powerlist isn’t just about accolades, it’s a strategic move by Innovate Finance to amplify diversity and set a higher standard of inclusivity in an industry that serves as the backbone of modern economies. Companies across the sector, including leading names like Starling Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Zopa Bank, have lent their support to the initiative, highlighting the community’s collective commitment to embracing varied perspectives.
