WorkPride 2026 showed a clear shift toward practical workplace guidance. Held 8–12 June, the conference drew over 9,000 registrants, 6000+ unique attendees, 210 external speakers and 1,230 organisations from 92 countries, and earned a 5-star Trustpilot rating.
Engagement data from 41 sessions reveals where employers are investing DE&I attention. The most registered session was “Addressing Unconscious Bias” with 205 sign-ups, reflecting demand for concrete actions to reduce everyday bias in hiring, promotion and leadership.
“Trans & Non-Binary Inclusion at Work” had one of the highest attendance rates at 53%, highlighting interest in policies, benefits and workplace culture that support trans and non-binary colleagues. Sessions on “Cultivating Inclusive Work Cultures” and “Rethinking Talent: Embracing Neurodiversity in the Modern Workplace” also saw strong turnout, pointing to priorities around psychological safety, leadership accountability, flexible working and accessible tools that support retention and innovation.
“Our data shows huge demand for real-world guidance on unconscious bias, trans and non-binary inclusion, and neurodiversity,” said Adrien and Pierre Gaubert, co-founders of myGwork. "WorkPride offered employers a blueprint for action and identified where that action is most urgent.”
Global interest spanned major markets including the UK, US, Spain, India, Mexico, Canada, Ireland and the Netherlands. Attendees focused on translating values into policy and daily practice, designing inclusive benefits and HR processes for trans and non-binary employees, attracting neurodivergent talent, and addressing intersectional bias across multinational teams.
Feedback emphasised the programme’s practical balance of strategy and hands-on tools. One attendee said the events left them hopeful, and panelist Bruna Bastos Kirst from Booking.com praised the networking and community connections.
The conference concluded on 12 June with a Summer Networking Event in Farringdon, London. Guests enjoyed cocktails, live entertainment and a taco truck. Speeches from Sarah Willcocks, myGwork Managing Director, and Lewis Bell, Senior Tech Sourcer at Booking.com, reinforced long-term commitments to workplace equality. myGwork thanks Booking.com for its continued support.
