Novartis named a Top Global Employer by Stonewall 2025

Our Novartis campuses and sites lit up in rainbow during Pride month, and so did our hearts. Today, we’re proud to once again be named a Top Global Employer by Stonewall, receiving the Silver award for our ongoing commitment to LGBTQI+ inclusion.
