After months of planning and collaboration, the outdoor apparel company has rolled out this feature to enhance accessibility and inclusion, and improve the user experience for all job seekers.

As part of its ongoing work to promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), this launch is a significant step toward ensuring that all candidates feel welcome and included. This new integration allows candidates applying for a job at the company to listen to job descriptions rather than solely relying on written content, making the recruitment process more accessible for individuals with visual impairments, neurodivergence, and those who may face language or literacy barriers. This initiative aims to create a more inclusive, engaging, and representative hiring experience, reflecting the company’s core values and culture.
