Pride 2026: Building Community Across The Globe 

At Sony Pictures, Pride is more than a month on the calendar – it's an ongoing celebration of community, visibility, and belonging. Throughout the year, our global OUT Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) creates opportunities for employees and allies to connect and learn, while fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self to work.

This Pride season, employees across the globe participated in events reflecting the unique communities where we live and work. From London, Miami, Mexico City, Bogotá, and San Francisco to our Culver City studio lot, teams celebrated in meaningful ways. Employees marched in local Pride parades alongside colleagues, family members, and community partners; our Paris and London OUT chapters hosted annual Pride-themed bingo events in partnership with AGENDA (Advocates for Gender Equality, Neutrality, Development & Action) EBRG.

In Culver City, OUT hosted a variety of opportunities for employees to connect throughout June. This included a Pride happy hour on the studio lot, employees marching together in the LA Pride Parade alongside a Spider-Man™: Brand New Day-themed bus, and events such as a Pride-themed fitness class and an anime sampler viewing.

Through community partnerships, including with myGwork, Sony Pictures employees have access to career development resources, mentorship opportunities, and educational programming that help foster a more inclusive workplace. Throughout the year, our teams also take part in conversations, volunteer opportunities, and learning experiences that help strengthen understanding and create space for every employee to thrive.
