Pride Month 2026 at Johnson Matthey: Supporting LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Action

June 1, 2026

This June, Johnson Matthey is going all in for Pride Month, with a full lineup of events designed to educate, connect, and inspire across the organisation.

Throughout June, DI&B Ambassadors and Pride in JM representatives are hosting in-person celebrations at sites around the business, setting the tone for a month of genuine community and allyship.

The programme includes four standout sessions:

- LGBT+ Leadership Workshop facilitated by Pride in the City, this session helps LGBT+ professionals build confidence, tackle workplace challenges, and lead with authenticity.
- Discovering the Power of Self-Awareness - A reflective session exploring identity and motivation, designed to challenge and inspire.
- 50 Ways to Fight Bias - An interactive workshop where participants identify bias and commit to real, tangible action.
- Allies Panel Session - Exploring what meaningful allyship looks like in practice.

Platinum Event: Jude Guaitamacchi

The highlight of Johnson Matthey's Pride Month is a talk by Jude Guaitamacchi - multi award-winning campaigner, speaker, and consultant. Coming out as trans and non-binary at 30, Jude shares a powerful journey of resilience, self-discovery, and authenticity, offering audiences practical ways to support the LGBTQ+ community and a fresh lens on identity beyond labels.
