June was packed with energy, awareness-building, and (yes!) exclusive socks as we celebrated together and amplified LGBTQ+ voices across Kraft Heinz UK & Ireland:

Pride Huddle & Social
Our month kicked off with an office-wide huddle led by Oliver Williams, followed by a packed after-work social that filled the floors with colour and conversation.

“Rise & Heinz” takeover
Sam Kernohan and Ross Wilson turned our flagship breakfast session into a deep dive on the Stonewall movement—reminding us why Pride began and why it still matters.

Allyship posters
Huge shout-out to Ben Faulkner whose bold, eye-catching posters on practical allyship brightened every corner of The Shard—and were snapped up by our Kitt Green and Telford factories too!

Ireland activation
Oliver then joined our Irish colleagues for a special session on Pride history in Ireland, finishing it off with a well-earned celebration.

From thoughtful learning moments to fun gatherings (and yes, those highly sought-after rainbow socks), it’s been great celebrating Pride Month at The Shard with the Proudz crew.

And while the glitter might settle after June, we’re just getting started. Our KH Proudz BRG is keeping the energy high all year long — because pride isn’t just a month, it’s a mindset.
