Ralph Lauren Releases Pride Collection to Support LGBT+ Charities

May 22, 2019

Ralph Lauren has released a special Pride collection to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, reports RL Mag.

All proceeds from the line will go to the Stonewall Community Foundation, which supports a network of LGBT+ charities.

“The collection isn’t just inspired by the LGBTQIA+ community—it will help support it as well,” Paul Underwood from Ralph Lauren explained.

“One hundred percent of the purchase price from the sale of each Pride graphic tee and 50% of the purchase price from the sale of each Pride hoodie, cap, tote, and Polo shirt will be donated to Stonewall Community Foundation.”

The collection features the iconic Ralph Lauren Polo pony with rainbow stripes and will have T-shirts, hoodies and hats, all gender-neutral.

Models for the campaign include gay Olympian Gus Kenworthy, trans actress Josie Totah, and trans comedian Patti Harrison.
