Community Business has unveiled the finalists for the 2024 Community Business Awards. These prestigious awards honor individuals and organizations across Asia who are leading the way in promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing in the workplace.
This year's competition attracted over 250 outstanding nominations, reflecting the growing commitment to these values across the region. Finalists have been selected in 16 distinct categories, each representing excellence in championing these vital causes.

Creating Social Impact in Asia: Community Leader Award
This award recognizes a community leader in the public and social services sector (including not-for-profits and social enterprises) based in Asia who has demonstrated personal passion and used their influence to advance social change. Finalists include:

This award recognises a leader/senior executive in the business sector based in Asia who has demonstrated personal passion and used their influence to advance DE&I business practices in their organisation and beyond. Finalists include:

This award recognizes a specific business initiative that demonstrates a bold, new, different or creative approach to advancing DE&I practices in Asia. Finalists:

Achieving Gender Equality in Asia Award
This award recognizes an organisation that has made a positive and measurable impact in achieving gender (including nonbinary, trans and intersex) equality in the workplace in Asia. Finalists include:
LGBTQ+ Ally in Asia Award

CELEBRATING THE WINNERS
The winners from Asia Award Categories will be announced at the Asia Awards Ceremony at Soho House Hong Kong and virtually on Thursday 5 September; and the winners from the India Award Categories will be announced at the India Awards Ceremony in Bangalore and virtually on Thursday 19 September.
