The winners of this year's Bank of London Rainbow Honours Awards were revealed at a star-studded event at London’s Natural History Museum on Friday May 17, 2024.
These awards showcase individuals and organizations who work all year to influence change and proudly promote LGBTQ+ equality. Several of myGwork’s clients, such as FT, Kantar, St James’s Place, HSBC and BT Group, were not only nominated and shortlisted for awards, but many also went on to win this year.
The FT’s LGBTQ+ network FT Proud scooped the Outstanding LGBTQIA Network Of The Year Award, which was sponsored myGwork. Kantar’s LGBTQ+ ERG Pride@Kantar was highly commended for this category.

HSBC Innovation Banking’s Matt Dowie won the Head Of Diversity Of The Year Award, while BT Group’s Mark Armario took home the Outstanding Network Lead Of The Year Award.
"We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and highly commended recipients of this year's Bank of London Rainbow Honours Awards, especially our corporate and community partners," shared Adrien and Pierre Gaubert, co-founders of myGwork. "These awards are a testament to the incredible work you do year-round to influence change and proudly promote LGBTQ+ equality. It is an honor to support and celebrate your successes.
