Security Forcefully Removed Trans Women From L.A. Bar

The Los Angeles police department is investigating an incident recorded on video showing security using force to remove transgender women from a bar downtown.

Khloe Perez-Rios, who shared the video on Facebook wrote that they were celebrating an LGBT+ festival at the bar when a couple directed “transphobic slurs” at their table.

On the video, a trans woman is heard saying again and again: "don't touch me like that.”.

Perez-Rios said: "They used excessive force to remove trans women out of the place and they were very gentle to remove the man and the woman who were very inebriated and very aggressive,”.
