Serbian Police Arrest Two People For Beating Man They Thought Was Gay

Serbian police have arrested two people for beating up a man because they thought he was gay, according to ‘U.S. News’.

The two men are suspected of hitting the 39-year-old man on the head after calling him gay. The attackers viewed a pink dog transporter bag as proof that he was homosexual and attacked him, according to the man himself, Ilija Vucevic. Vucevic has lost three teeth in the attack and suffered cuts and bruises.

On a post on his Facebook page, he wrote: "despite not being a homosexual, tonight I am proud to 'be' one of them."
