LGBTQ+ Athletic Panel with Sony Pictures Entertainment

On Thursday 27th February 2025, Sony Pictures Entertainment’s People and Organisation team, in partnership with our OUT EMEA Employee Business Resource Group and Inclusive Employers, hosted a panel event exploring the experience of being LGBTQ+ in elite sport, perspectives on the role of the media in shaping the experience of LGBTQ+ athletes, and advice and guidance on increasing LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and media.
