Inclusion is shaped through everyday actions—how we show respect, how we listen, and how we create space for one another. At Fiserv in Slovakia, we are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued and supported. IDAHOBIT/IDAHOH (International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia) is an important opportunity to reaffirm that commitment.
This year, we are introducing the Rainbow Ribbon initiative within our local community to mark IDAHOBIT/IDAHOH. By wearing rainbow ribbons, colleagues can visibly show their support for diversity and inclusion while also helping to spark meaningful conversations across teams and throughout our workplace.
The initiative draws inspiration from efforts across Slovakia that promote acceptance, equality and visibility for LGBTQ+ communities. By bringing the rainbow ribbon into our offices, we aim to strengthen local awareness while contributing to the broader mission of building a more inclusive society.
“The Rainbow Ribbon is a small gesture with real meaning; it sends a clear message to every LGBTQ+ colleague that they are not alone here.” Lukas Porazik, Unity Slovakia Lead, Fiserv.
What we are highlighting

Looking ahead
IDAHOBIT/IDAHOH gives us a moment to reflect and take action—but inclusion is a year-round commitment. The ribbon is a symbol; the real impact comes from what it inspires: learning, engagement, and everyday allyship. Together, we can continue building a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to thrive.
