Pete Howroyd, Swapi CEO & myGwork member, has launched a brand-new loyalty e-wallet platform, which is now available on all app stores, and gifting 650 Swapi points to myGwork members ahead of the festive holiday.
The platform not only allows consumers to accumulate points at their favorite retailers in one easy-to-use app, but also reimburses expired loyalty points. Users can start accumulating Swapi points when they shop at any of the 300+ affiliated brands with Swapi, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards at household name brands including Delivero, hotels.com, FitFlop, lastminute.com, Elizabeth Arden and One4all Gift Cards. The platform will allow even customers to convert certain expired loyalty points, which have been lost due to expiration or not hitting a redemption threshold, into Swapi Points.

Users who sign up early are awarded 250 Swapi points which can be used straight away within the app on gift cards, discounts, promotional items, and products. However, as an early Christmas gift Howroyd is offering 650 points (equivalent of around £5) to myGwork members for signing up to the scheme.
“Earlier this year ahead of our launch, myGWork was kind enough to get in touch with me and ran a fantastic profile on both myself, my time in business and the process of getting Swapi set up. And so, to say thanks for myGworks’ time and interest in Swapi, we’re pleased to be giving the myGwork community 650 points to spend on Swapi’s brand new Marketplace, as a special thanks from all the team here and to celebrate the app’s recent launch," said Howroyd. "These 650 points can be spent on any of the +300 brands that the Swapi marketplace boasts, including Selfridges, Deliveroo, Harvey Nichols and eBay.”
The points can be redeemed by downloading the app on your phones app store here, or via your app store and by entering code: ACAF-3KIV when setting up your account.
“We hope you will enjoy the app as much as we have enjoyed developing it over the past months and look forward to working with myGwork in the future,” added Howroyd. “With the Swapi app launch, we are certain it will positively impact consumers and retailers while setting the stage for our upcoming seed round in December. With our next funding round, we are hoping to raise £2 million to further build out the app and capitalise on the international interest to make it available globally to benefit as many consumers and retailers as possible, and will continue to pioneer a unique and exciting range of partnerships shaping the future of brand loyalty.”
