Telegraph Media Group: Celebrating LGBTQ+ History Month with 'Out Loud' Strategies for Workplace Inclusion

At Telegraph Media Group, we will be celebrating and raising awareness around LGBTQ+ issues throughout LGBTQ+ History Month culminating in an event with David Carlyle, the actor from Channel 4's hit drama 'It's A Sin'. The event, which will be hosted by our 'Out Loud' Employee Network, will explore the history of LGBTQ+ communities and how It's A Sin sparked conversations around the UK about the realities, both political and personal, of living through the HIV/Aids crisis. We'll be discussing strategies for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and delving into what Telegraph Media Group are focusing on which includes the release of a new Transgender and Non-Binary policy.
