The Rainbow Honours: 2025’s finalists revealed

The Rainbow Honours, celebrating individuals and organizations who dedicate themselves year-round to driving change and championing LGBTQ+ equality, have revealed this year’s finalists. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 27 June 2025 at London Hilton on Park Lane.

While progress has been made, LGBTQ+ individuals continue to face discrimination in the workplace, in education, and across social media. The impact of inequality is profound, with LGBTQ+ youth being more likely to experience self-harm or attempt suicide and facing higher rates of substance abuse compared to the general population. The Rainbow Honours were created to honor those who take a stand for fairness and equality.

This year’s shortlist features many of myGwork’s corporate and community partners.
