Trump Calls Jussie Smollett a “Disgrace” at Rally

President Donald Trump used one of his rallies in Green Bay, Wisconsin to call out actor Jussie Smollett, reports Variety.

Chicago police allege that the Empire actor staged his own homophobic and racist hate crime in order to get a pay rise from his TV show. Criminal charges have since been dropped and court records sealed. Although Chicago officials have only repeated the allegations.

“We have the greatest theme in American politics, ‘Make America Great Again.’ It’s called MAGA country!” Trump said at his rally.

“You know, I didn’t hear that term until that third rate actor in Chicago went out and he said ‘I was beaten up by MAGA country,’ can you believe it?

“Now that’s a hate crime, right? He said he was beaten up by MAGA country. Turned out to be a total lie.

“By the way, I have to tell you that case in Chicago is a disgrace to our nation. A disgrace.”
