Trump Markets a Pride T-Shirt Despite Terrible LGBT+ Record

President Donald Trump is attempting to sell a “Trump Pride Tee” from his online store, despite an atrocious record on LGBT+ rights.

GLAAD has reported that the president has attacked LGBT+ rights more than a hundred times since taking office, this includes banning trans people from the military, removing protections for trans children in schools, attempting to stop the Equality Act, and pushing for religious freedom laws that allow blatant discrimination against LGBT+ people.

GLAAD reported almost one regression action against the LGBT+ community for every week Trump has been in office.

He has also refused to acknowledge Pride Month in any official capacity.

“Trump — who banned trans troops, is against LGBT employment protections, wants people to be able to turn away LGBT customers, & is denying citizenship to kids of US gay couples born out of wedlock — is selling LGBTQ for Trump shirts for Pride,” wrote David Mack from Buzzfeed.

“Worth noting that the Trump White House has never even put out a symbolic statement to mark June as Pride Month. But, sure, his campaign will take your rainbow dollars.”
