Following a month of collaborative planning, the panel centred on a series of practical, action-focused questions designed to highlight how we can all better support the LGBTQIA+ community, both in the workplace and in everyday life. The discussion opened with important context on the current challenges facing LGBTQIA+ rights in the UK.
