Pride Month is an important time to reflect on the resilient nature and history of LGBTQA family, to educate and empower the community to build a promising future of equality for generations to come. While we recognize the current climate in response to racial injustice, we think it is especially important this year to foster a safe space for self-expression, understanding, accepting and embracing each other's differences. A vibrant and diverse workplace makes us stronger, both as individuals and as a community, here at Bank of the West.

Pride may be celebrated a bit differently this year, but our drive to celebrate love, diversity and inclusion remains!

We are excited to announce a month full of activities, socially distant events and educational series and invite you, your family and friends to participate in the fun. We took this opportunity to collaborate with BNP Americas to open up our shared efforts across the Americas. Because it's only together, as one community, that we will make positive and real change for our future.
