Valtech Reveals Diversity and Inclusion Figures in New Report
February 28, 2023Global business transformation company Valtech has taken progressive steps by releasing a report detailing their diversity and inclusion statistics. With case studies, company framework techniques and a promise to take accountability, the business has revealed the successful outcome of their efforts and the improvements they still strive to make.
The primary statistics in the report indicate that 40% of global hires in 2022 were women. A score of 8.5/10 in their employee engagement platform for diversity and inclusion puts Valtech in the top 25% for professional service industries. This is also a 0.2 increase from the previous score, taken at the very start of 2022. These figures are highly suggestive of a progressing company, helping to prove their theory that prioritizing diversity generates innovation.
Olivier Padiou, Chief Executive Officer of Valtech, spoke about the relevance of the report to the progress of the company, and the value of the information provided. “We exist to change the way people experience the world,” he wrote in the forward. “This is not only true for the work we do, but for the community we want to build. The report also details the strategy plan applied by Valtech, including the 5 pillars of diversity and inclusion (Inclusivity, Hiring, Community, Accountability and Education) and how they are positively impacting the business.
