The Brands You Wear, The Campus You'd Work At: VF Corporation Is Hiring Across Europe

September 3, 2026

The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Dickies, Smartwool, Napapijri, Altra, Icebreaker. You almost certainly own something made by VF Corporation without having thought about the company behind it. VF, a myGwork partner, currently has more than 630 live roles on our platform, and a striking share of them sit at its European campus rather than its Denver headquarters.

Belonging Communities, and a network with a European chapter

VF does not call its employee networks ERGs. They are Belonging Communities, and the LGBTQ+ one is VF Pride, whose stated purpose is creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies that supports authenticity and individuality. It sits alongside ACE Diversity for multicultural associates, WOVEN for women across the organisation, and Veteran Forces.

What matters for anyone applying in Europe is that these are not US-only structures. VF Pride, WOVEN and ACE Diversity all operate in EMEA under the EMEA Inclusion Network, with VF Pride's regional remit described as raising awareness of LGBTQIA+ topics and building a culture where associates can be themselves at work. Every Belonging Community is explicitly open to all employees, whether or not they personally identify with the group's focus.

VF has scored a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, most recently on the 2023–24 index, and its inclusion work references a partnership with the UN Human Rights Office on standards of conduct for LGBTI people in business. On parental leave, VF introduced eight weeks of fully paid leave covering paternal and adoptive parents alongside birth parents — the clause that decides whether a same-sex couple is treated as a family or an exception.

Announcing the company's perfect CEI score, Lauren Guthrie, VF's Vice President for Global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action, framed the ambition simply: an organisation "where everyone can be celebrated for their uniqueness and feel like they belong."

Where the money actually goes

Corporate inclusion statements are cheap. VF's brands fund LGBTQ+ organisations directly, which is harder to fake. The Vans Checkerboard Fund works with the Tegan and Sara Foundation to support LGBTQ+ youth across the US and Canada, funding summer camp scholarships and community grants to grassroots organisations working with trans young people. The North Face has run multi-year Pride collections and sponsored Brave Trails, an LGBTQ+ youth summer camp — and kept the partnership through an organised boycott campaign, which tells you more than a press release would.
